When Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) began developing a new California-specific legal research platform, the organization faced the complex challenge of evolving from a decades-old print publisher into a digital-first SaaS provider. 

As customer expectations shifted rapidly—and competition from multinational publishers intensified—CEB needed a modern subscription model, cohesive go-to-market plan, and a scalable way to communicate value to legal professionals across California. 

Serving as the senior marketing lead and strategic partner to the Head of Product, I played a critical role in shaping and executing CEB’s transformation.
